Krav Division — Women of any age, fitness level, and experience

Women & Survivors

For women who are done feeling like a target — and for anyone rebuilding after something happened.

Prepare for what's real. Master what matters.

Most women's self-defense is built around one picture: a stranger in a dark parking lot.

We'll train for that. But we are not going to pretend that is where the greatest threat usually comes from.

More often, it is someone you know. Someone you trusted. Someone who had access to you before you ever realized you were in danger. The situation does not always start with violence. It builds. A boundary gets pushed. Something feels wrong. Your gut starts talking—and too many women have been conditioned to silence it because we do not want to be rude, dramatic, paranoid, or wrong.

We want to teach you to listen sooner.

Yes, we will train the physical fight: leverage, timing, movement, weapons awareness, and a small number of techniques that still work when the person in front of you is bigger, stronger, and fully committed to hurting you.

But we also teach the fight that happens before anyone throws a punch.

Trust what your body is telling you. Set the boundary. Make the scene. Be rude. Leave. You do not owe someone access to you simply because they have not crossed the line far enough yet.

And if you are coming to us because that line has already been crossed, there is something you need to know before you ever set foot in a session:

You stay in control.

Nobody puts their hands on you without your permission. Nobody forces you through a drill because you “need to push through it.” You can stop, step outside, change the exercise, or end the session entirely. You do not owe anyone an explanation, and nobody here will call that weakness.

If our first session needs to be spent sitting on the floor talking instead of throwing a single strike, then that is what we will do.

Alicia Mills is completing formal education and training toward becoming a Christian trauma therapist, and that work has fundamentally changed the way this program is taught.

Because a body that has survived trauma does not experience training the same way a body that has not.

Careless training does real damage. You can teach someone every technique in the book and still leave them feeling powerless. Push the wrong way, at the wrong time, and you can put someone right back into a moment they have spent years trying to survive.

We refuse to teach that way.

Done right, self-defense is not about turning you into someone harder, angrier, or afraid of the world.

It is about helping you find your voice again.

Your boundaries.

Your strength.

Your God-given instinct that says, something is wrong, and I am allowed to act.

Sometimes learning to fight is not really about fighting at all.

Sometimes it is about realizing that you are allowed to protect the life God gave you—and discovering that you were never as powerless as someone made you believe.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
