Seminars
One topic, covered properly.
A fixed date, one subject, no commitment beyond it. Some run half a day, some run nine to five, and the deeper ones run up to three days — the subject decides. For many people this is the most straightforward way to begin, and every one of these can also be booked privately for your own group, on your own date.

ONE44 Junior Defender
Kids safety and self-defense for ages 5 to 9. Strong kids aren't taught to be afraid of the world. They're taught to recognize when something isn't right, and what to do next. Hands-on and age-appropriate throughout: awareness and avoidance, stranger and tricky-person safety, using a strong voice to say no, safe rolling and movement, striking fundamentals, front choke defense, grab escapes, ground survival, and the difference between a bully and a real threat. This isn't about teaching kids to look for a fight. It's about giving them a plan.
- AVOID • GET LOUD • DEFEND • ESCAPE • GET HELP — the five words every child leaves with.
- The most practiced skill of the day is getting away and finding a safe adult — a parent, a teacher, an employee, a police officer.
- Parents learn what their children are being taught, so the conversations and the safety plan continue at home.
- No experience required. Comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- Time and location are still being confirmed — everyone registered is emailed the details as soon as they are set.

Anti-Carjacking & Vehicle Defense
Everything that occurs in and around a vehicle. Approach patterns and what they look like before anything begins. Red lights, parking garages, and school pickup lines. Working in a seatbelt and in confined space. When the vehicle itself is the best tool available. And the rule underneath all of it — they can have the car, they cannot have the passengers.

Edged Weapon Defense
The most sobering seminar we teach, and we teach it honestly. There is no clean disarm that works reliably against an edged weapon, and anyone selling you one is selling you something. What exists: recognizing it early, creating and holding distance, managing the arm, using barriers and obstacles, and choosing where to accept damage rather than having it chosen for you.

Women's Self-Defense Intensive
A half-day intensive built around what actually happens rather than what looks good. Escaping grabs, chokes, and being taken to the ground. Strikes that function without size or strength. Trusting an early signal and acting on it before you are certain. Taught trauma-informed throughout — you keep control of the room, and nothing happens to you that you did not agree to first.

Any of these topics can be delivered at your church, gym, office, neighborhood, or backyard. You provide the space and the people — we provide everything else. This is usually simpler than waiting for a public date to align with your calendar.
